Most important things first: About this Royalty Free License
Every asset you download for free or paid from alajka.com, drei-kubik.com, fireworks-videos.com or one of its vendors (subsequently referred to as licensor, owner, copyright holder, creator or author) is forever yours and can be used in an unlimited number of end-products that end-users are not charged for, for your own or for your clients’ projects, commercially or non-commercially. You do not have to credit us as the copyright holder, even though we are very pleased for every word spread. You only have to credit us in editorial work like eBooks, books or magazines.
We like it easy!
For that reason we forego long legal texts and sum up the ”dos & donts” for you in a comprehensible language. By downloading free or paid assets from the licensor the licensee is granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, unlimited, life rights of use (Royalty Free License) for all assets downloaded from the copyright holder. These assets may be represent up to 50%of a final artwork or composition, that are created and/or used for the following reasons/media
The Do’s (allowed use)
TV- and/or cinema movies and commercials
Creations for the web (e.g. on websites, display ads, greeting cards, newsletters, presentations, videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other Social Media platforms
Ads (web, DOOH and print), blog content, advertising & promotion (e.g. flyers, roll-ups, etc.)
Advertising creations of any kind (roll-up/banner, booklet, film & animation, packaging, presentation, Social Media posts, videos, etc.)
Usage in printed brochures, journals, magazines, books, calendars, newspapers and alike (editorial work) require to credit the author
All kinds of usage not mentioned above require and “extended license” that can be obtained from license@drei-kubik.com after individual negotiation.
Every kind of usage in the following context and alike is explicitly prohibited. Infringement will be legally prosecuted.
The Dont’s (prohibited use)
Sublicensing, selling-on, providing for free or for a fee to others; the Royalty Free License” is bound to the licensee and cannot be transferred
Distribution on a physical medium paid or free and/or as a paid or free download on any website
The assets must NOT be used in the context of unlawful actions and/or propaganda
Usage in an offensive, infamous, obnoxious, insulting, discriminatory, radical or obscene manner
Every kind of usage that imputes to the author to be a follower or supporter of any kind of economic, religious or political party or organisation
Usage of free or paid assets that denounce or insult the author or any potentially depicted person. This includes, but is not limited to, every kind of usage in erotic and pornographic productions, advertising for illegal products, firearms, tobacco or related products and in a defaming, rights violating, morally annoying manner
Das Wichtigste vorab
Alles Material, das Ihr kostenlos oder kostenpflichtig von alajka.com, drei-kubik.com, fireworks-videos.com oder einem Wiederverkäufer herunterladet, gehört für immer Euch und kann in einer beliebigen Anzahl an Endprodukten für Euch selbst und/oder für Eure Kunden, kommerziell und/oder nicht-kommerziell verwendet werden. Eine Nennung des Urhebers erfreut uns natürlich, ist aber ausschließlich in eBooks und Drucksachen erforderlich (siehe “Do’s” Punkt 5).
Wir lieben es einfach!
Deswegen verzichten wir auf seitenlange Gesetztestexte und fassen hier für Euch die “Do’s and Dont’s” in verständlicher Sprache kurz zusammen. Mit einem Download von kostenlosem und/oder kostenpflichtigem Material von alajka.com (nachfolgend Lizenzgeber, Eigentümer oder Urheber genannt) erhält der Lizenznehmer vom Urheber ein nicht-exklusives, nicht-übertragbares, zeitlich uneingeschränktes, weltweites Nutzungsrecht (Royalty Free) für das heruntergeladene Material, das maximal 50% der Gesamtkomposition seiner eigenen Projekte, oder der von Kundenprojekten ausmachen darf.

TV- und/oder Kinowerbung
Verwendung im Web (z. B. auf Webseiten, Bannern, Grußkarten, Newslettern, Präsentationen, Videos für YouTube und andere Social Media Plattformen, etc.)
Anzeigen (Web, DOOH und Print), Blogbeiträgen, Kreationen zu Werbe- und Promotionzwecken und Flyer aller Art
Werbematerialien jedweder Art (Aufsteller/Banner, Booklets, Filme, Produktverpackungen, Präsentationen, Social Media Posts, Videos, etc.)
Verwendung in gedruckten Broschüren, Büchern, eBooks, Kalendern, Magazinen, Zeitschriften und Presseartikeln (Angabe des Urhebers erforderlich)
Die “Dont’s” (wofür Ihr das Material nicht verwenden dürft)
Die Überlassung, Weitergabe, Unterlizenzierung, Abtretung und der Verkauf der durch einen kostenlosen oder kostenpflichtigen Download zustande gekommenen “Royalty Free” Nutzungsrechte.
Jede Form der öffentlichen Zugänglichmachung des Materials als Datei in einem digitalen Medium (d.h. Bereitstellung des Materials in einem herunterladbaren Format, oder auf einem physichen Datenträger).
Das Material darf nicht in einem Kontext verwendet werden, der Gesetze oder Bestimmungen aktuell gültigen Rechts verletzt.
Jedwede Nutzung des Materials in anstößiger, beleidigender, diskriminierender, radikaler oder obszöner Weise.
Alle Verwendungen, die dem Urheber unterstellt, Anhänger politischer, wirtschaftlicher, religiöser oder sonstiger Bewegungen, Religionen oder Parteien zu sein.
Untersagt sind jegliche Nutzungen des kostenlos oder kostenpflichtig heruntergeladenen Materials in Zusammenhängen, die den Urheber oder möglicherweise abgebildete Personen verunglimpfen oder beleidigen. Dazu gehören insbesondere und ausdrücklich alle Verwendungen im Bereich der Erotik, Pornografie, Tabakwerbung, sowie alle diffamierenden, rechtsverletzenden und moralisch verwerflichen Arten der Nutzung.
